Pneumatic conveying system review, component supply and installation support.

We help review the material being conveyed, desired flow rate, conveying route, equipment start/end points and installation scope before quoting components such as blowers, rotary valves, pipe, bends, couplings, clamps, diverters, magnets, filters and custom transitions.

Pneumatic conveying system review diagram

Start with the system, then quote the parts.

A conveying package is rarely just one component. The blower, feeder, pipe size, bends, couplings, transitions, routing and receiving equipment all need to work together around the product and required throughput.

Product handledPowder, pellets, grain, ingredient, dust, abrasive material or other dry bulk product.
Performance targetRequired pounds/hour, tons/hour, CFM, duty cycle, distance, lift and operating schedule.
System routeWhere the material starts, where it ends, bends, vertical lift, branches and available space.

Typical components reviewed

A practical component package may include standard supplier items plus custom fabricated pieces needed to connect the system.

Blowers and air movers

Reviewed around required air volume, pressure or vacuum condition, duty cycle, installation location and connection requirements.

Rotary valves and feeders

Drop-through, blow-through or replacement valve options reviewed around material, capacity, leakage expectations and fit-up.

Pipe, bends and couplings

Line size, material of construction, connection style, bend type, couplings, clamps and access fittings.

Diverters and routing

Routing to multiple destinations, branch changes, slide gates, diverter valves and service access requirements.

Magnets and protection

Magnetic separation and upstream/downstream protection points reviewed around the material stream and cleaning access.

Filters and receivers

Receiver filters, collector connections, venting, dust collection tie-ins and related replacement components.

How the review works

The purpose of these pages is to move from a real plant problem to a quoteable component or system package.

Start a Review
01

Define the problem

Identify what the system needs to solve, the product being handled, required flow rate or throughput, and where the process starts and ends.

02

Review the application

Look at existing equipment, line sizes, drawings, photos, space constraints, material characteristics and whether the scope is new, replacement or upgrade work.

03

Quote the package

Prepare a quote around suitable components, supplier options, fabricated fittings, freight, lead time and optional labour or installation coordination.

04

Supply or coordinate

Coordinate component supply, shipping, timing and installation support where applicable.
